Shuttle to Finish Line

Guests booking with the group rate can take the complimentary hotel shuttle to the Finish Line in the morning as well as back from the finish line once the race is over.

River City Marathon 2010

Ramada Limited Sacramento is the Host hotel for the 2010 River City Marathon. The River City Marthon and Half Marathon Run/Walk is being held on April 18, 2010. This USATF Certified course & Boston Qualifier is run from Jerediah Smith Memorial Trail/American River Parkway from Negro Bar in Folsom to Discovery Park in Sacramento. The Half Marathon starts at William B. Pond Park.

    • Negro Bar for the Full Marathon
    • Gates Open at 6:00 AM
    • Runner Orientation: 6:45 AM
    • Race Starts at 7:00 AM
  • 1/2 Marathon Starts at 8:30 AM from the William B. Pond Park
  • Race Ends at Discovery Park at 2:00 PM.

Directions to Start of Race: From Hotel:

  • Turn Right on Richards Blvd.
  • Take I-5 South
  • Exit Highway 50 East towards Lake Tahoe
  • Take the Folsom Blvd exit and follow Folsom Blvd North.
  • Turn Left on Greenback
  • Turn Left into the Negro Bar park entrance.

Directions to Finish of Race: From Hotel:

  • Turn Right on Richards Blvd.

Packet Pick Up & Race Day

Race Packet Pick Up is on Saturday April 17th at the Ramada Limited Sacramento from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Directions to the hotel >>
